Rental Hours & Booking Deadlines
Rental Hours: 8:00 AM to sunset, 365 days a year
Reservation Cutoff: All rentals must be booked by the close of business on the second-to-last business day before your event.
Example: For a Saturday rental, book by 5:00 PM Thursday. If Friday is a holiday, reservations must be completed by Wednesday.
Arrival & Cleaning Deposit
A $50 refundable cleaning surcharge is due upon arrival. The deposit will be returned once staff confirm the space is clean and no rules have been violated. The park may retain the full deposit if guidelines are not followed.
Park Admission
Please note that entry fees are not included in your rental:
- $6.00 per vehicle (up to 8 people)
- $4.00 per single-occupant vehicle
- $2.00 per additional person
Set-Up & Decorations
Help us protect the park by following these guidelines:
- No decorations may be attached to park structures.
- Prohibited items include nails, staples, glitter, confetti, artificial petals, powder cannons, etc.
- Picnic tables must remain in place and pavilion capacity must not be exceeded.
Trash & Cleanup
Please leave your space better than you found it:
- All trash should be bagged and placed in the provided dumpsters.
- Clean-up is required to receive your deposit back.
Vehicles & Accessibility
- Vehicles must remain on paved roads and be parked in designated lots.
- Driving directly to the pavilion is not allowed.
- ADA access or equipment drop-off accommodations must be arranged in advance.
Utilities Disclaimer
Access to electricity and water is not guaranteed, even if outlets or fixtures are visible. Please plan accordingly.
Cooking Rules
- Only park-installed grills or canned fuel (Sterno) are allowed.
- Personal charcoal/wood grills, smokers, and fryers are prohibited.
- Caterers using charcoal or wood must request advance approval and submit insurance documentation.
Prohibited Activities & Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, the following are not permitted:
- Amplified music or DJs
- Alcohol or illegal substances
- Bounce houses or inflatables
- Fireworks, open flames, confetti, or powder cannons
- Gambling or donation collections
- Petting zoos, pony rides, dunk tanks, pools, or motorized rides
- Glass containers, drones, weapons
- Balloons, rockets, or aircraft launches
- Any disruptive or unsafe behavior
All entertainment or activities must be pre-approved by park management.
Catering & Vendors
- Drop-off-only catering services do not require insurance.
- Serving vendors must be pre-approved, pay park entry, and submit a Certificate of Insurance.

Wildlife & Environmental Stewardship
- Do not disturb plants or wildlife — all are protected by law.
- Damaging or removing park signs, vegetation, or structures is strictly prohibited.
Rental Use & Responsibilities
- A designated group representative must remain on-site during the rental.
- Skates, skateboards, or similar equipment may be restricted.
- Outside equipment may require advance approval and insurance.
- Your event must not interfere with other scheduled park activities.
- Areas of the park may close without notice due to safety or public interest.
Lost Items & Damages
- The park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
- Renters are liable for any damage caused to park property during the event.
Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
- Full refunds (minus $15 processing fee) are available for cancellations made 15 or more days in advance.
- No refunds are issued within 15 days unless severe weather prevents use and notification is made the next business day.
- Once a pavilion is occupied, no refunds will be given due to rain.
- If we cancel your rental due to emergency or maintenance, a full refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling is allowed once per reservation with at least 7 days’ notice. A $15 fee applies.
