A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. We will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you float softly on your anchored paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a couple minutes for an expression session and photos. No experience needed.
